Devoted to a life of deeper intimacy, unapologetic desire, and the beautiful becoming of who we are.

SOMATIC PRACTITIONER · WRITER · GUIDE

I am drawn to the places where love meets truth.

There is something extraordinary about our capacity to love, to desire, to feel deeply, and to be moved by life, as we continually discover more of who we are.

My practice is rooted in a deep reverence for the body, the sacredness of our lives, and the belief that we are here for more than simply getting through it.

I am drawn to the places where love meets truth. Where intimacy asks us to become more honest, where desire reveals something we haven't yet dared to claim, and where the wisdom of the body invites us into a more intimate relationship with ourselves and the divine.

I create spaces where women can explore the fullness of who they are, deepen their capacity to love and receive, and discover what it means to live a life that feels wholly their own.

THE PRACTICE

EMBODIED WHOLENESS.

I guide women through an intimate, body-centered exploration of what it means to live, love, and relate from a place of greater truth and wholeness.

Our time together is both tender and honest. A space to bring the parts of yourself you've learned to hide, the desires you've quieted, the emotions you've held back, and the questions that don't have easy answers.

Through breath, sound, movement, embodied inquiry, and devotional practices, we create opportunities to move beyond what you intellectually understand and into what you can actually experience, express, and live.

There is room here for tenderness and fierceness. For grief, pleasure, uncertainty, desire, and joy. For the fullness of your humanity.

You don't have to become someone else to begin living more fully as yourself.

THE FOUNDATION

  • 01 / Knowing your truth is not the same as living it.

We can know what we desire, recognize what is true for us, and still find ourselves living within the boundaries of what once kept us safe. This is about the distance between what we know about ourselves and what the body feels able to choose. Embodiment is the practice of closing that distance, cultivating the inner safety and capacity to move beyond the familiar patterns and allow what we know to become the way we live.

  • 02/ Your body is not a problem to solve. It is a sacred place to inhabit.

Our bodies are living instruments of wisdom, pleasure, and divine connection, always speaking to us through sensation, emotion, desire and the subtle language of our inner knowing. Yet we have been taught to search beyond ourselves for the very things that are inherent to our being: worthiness, belonging, and wholeness. Returning to the body is an act of remembrance. That the sacred was never separate from us. We do not have to transcend our humanity to commune with the divine. Rather, we discover the divine within the more fully inhabit ourselves.

  • 03/ Sovereignty is the capacity to belong to yourself.

To know your own truth so intimately that belonging no longer requires you to abandon it. To recognize that your worth, your voice, and your right to take up space have never depended upon another's approval. Sovereignty is the quiet authority that emerges when you no longer negotiate your inherent worthiness, and begin to let your choices, your relationships, and the life you create become expressions of who you truly are.

  • 04/Relationships are a doorway into deeper intimacy.

The people we love reveal more than the wounds we carry. They illuminate the places where we are being invited into greater honesty, vulnerability, discernment, and depth. Our relationships become living mirrors, revealing where we have yet to fully meet ourselves, where love is asking us to open, and where a deeper intimacy with ourselves, one another, and the divine is waiting to unfold.

  • 05/Desire is an initiation into our own becoming.

There are desires that arise deeper than the mind. They are sacred invitations, calling us toward greater truth, expression, and intimacy with the divine. To honor them is not to expect life to rearrange itself around our longing, but to become willing to be changed by what we desire. Sometimes that becoming asks us to release the very identities, attachments, relationships and familiar ways of being that can no longer accompany us.

  • 06/ Pleasure is how we become intimate with life.

Pleasure is so often associated with indulgence, sexuality, shame, or something we must earn the right to experience. Yet pleasure is one of the most natural expressions of our life force. It is the current that moves us toward beauty, intimacy, creativity, and joy. It lives in the warmth of sunlight against our skin, the sweetness of something on our tongue, and the quiet joy of being touched by beauty. When we begin to soften the conditioning that has taught us to resist it or hide it, we discover that pleasure is not something separate from the sacred, but one of the ways we experience all that is sacred.

A BIT OF MY JOURNEY

THE LONG WAY HOME.

I was raised in a world where truth came with rules, my worthiness was determined by someone else, and the path to the god had already been laid out for me.

Yet even as a girl, something in me resisted the idea that another person could know more about my soul than I did.

Motherhood has deepened this devotion in ways I couldn't have anticipated. I want my children to witness a woman who lives what she knows. Who is willing to question, to change, to feel, to love, and to choose what is true, even when it asks her to step beyond the familiar.

Not simply a woman who preserved the appearance of a beautiful life.

But one who had the courage to live it.

And this is the heart of the work I share today.

Not becoming someone better.

But remembering who we are beneath everything we've learned to be.
